This presentation was for the year 10′s to fill in our questionnaires. I was very pleased with the feedback beacuse we got all positive comments about our short film.

1. Did this short film entertain you? 12 students said they found our short film entertaing, however 1 person said it wasn’t entertaining. This showed more poeple found it entertaining beacuse we re arranged some scenes such as the rock star scene to add a bit of humour and imagination.

2. What interesting editing technique did you see? 8 people said the fading in and out. The rest said close-ups, animation, rejection, shot reverse shot and special effects. The fading in and out was right at the beginging, which staright away suggested love beacuse there were close-ups of the characters faical expressions.

3. Whats your favourite scene ? Many students said the rockstar scene. A few people suggested the ending, animation and when the girl pushes the other girl over as there favourute scene. The rockstar scene added humour and comedy into it to show it’s not too serious just a high school crush.

4. Does this film interest you? 12 students said it does interest them. 1 perosn said it didnt and 2 poeple said in between. There was more postive feedback then negative beacuse we added a variety of different camera shots, amimation and speical effects to make it more interesting. we were very pleased with these comments.

5. Give examples of how it entertained you? half the students said it was funny and the half said the editing. We wanted to add these effects to attract the audience, by making it look different and effective espcially using amimation.

In this lesson me and my group will be making some questionnaires to give to a year 10 class beacause that is our target audience.

In our 10 questions we will show:

1. How much the product kept to proposal.

2. Wheather content uses accepted codes and conventions.

3. Revelance for target audience.

4. Topicality, entertainment value.

5. Technical quality including: camera work, lighting, visual techniques, accuracy of editing.
